Based on the science of NEAT (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis), Zero Sweat shows how small, everyday movements can lead to big changes in energy, strength, and well-being.

Meet Greg Burwell

Greg has worked in health and wellness for over 25 years. His journey began after overcoming a serious illness, which pushed him to rebuild his lifestyle through smarter habits, nutrition, and daily movement. But it wasn’t until about a decade into the industry that his philosophy fully shifted. He saw that the gym-grind model fails most people, not because they don’t care, but because real life doesn’t allow enough workouts to offset long hours of sitting. That insight led to Zero Sweat Fitness, a simple, realistic approach built around increasing everyday movement (NEAT) so results come from consistency, not intensity. Greg holds multiple personal training certifications, has developed wellness programs for organizations like Southern Regional Medical Center, and has produced fitness TV shows including Video Fitness Journal, On The Go With Flo Jo, and Fitness Factor.

Meet Jaime Robtison

Jaime is the cofounder and host of Zero Sweat Fitness. As a former professional ballet dancer, she learned early that bone health and strength aren’t optional. Through Greg’s mentorship and her own curiosity, she eventually earned her National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification and began combining structure with sustainability. Then real life shifted. When Jaime transitioned into real estate full time, she went from being on her feet all day as a director and coach to sitting far more than she ever had. She felt the physical impact and it changed how she viewed fitness. Jaime still loves a good structured workout, but Zero Sweat Fitness gave her something more powerful: a way to stay consistent inside a real schedule, using everyday movement that actually adds up.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Zero Sweat realizes that most people spend most of their day sitting, and burning few calories throughout the day. At Zero Sweat, we make use of those inactive times by having you engage in specific movements. The movements are subtle, so they don’t interfere with any activity. This allows you to burn significantly more calories throughout the day. Our goal is simple; move more and weigh less.
Zero Sweat is not a fad diet or exercise of the month, it’s a lifestyle. You didn’t gain twenty pounds overnight, and you won’t lose it over night either. Change takes time, particularly behavioral change. But you will never have long lasting results until you modify your lifestyle. Steady application of Zero Sweat Fitness will result in improvements in as little as two weeks. Improvements that will last much longer than the next fad diet.
Zero Sweat is designed to get you to move more. More movement results in more calories being burned. Just an additional 350 calories burned daily will result in a 35-40 lb. weight loss at the end of the year.
